Samsung Breaks LG’s Record
Samsung has been rolling out its W-range of flip handsets in China since fairly some time. Now the firm has upgraded the handset series with its one of the most influential flip handsets in the industry. Named as Samsung W2018, the flip handset has been rolled out in China and is obtainable from T-Mall and JD websites at an introducing cost of CNY 15,999. Consumers can receive the regular Black colored variant and the limited edition variant in Silver and Gold colors, claims Sina Tech and GizmoChina website.
Not only being the most influential flip handset in the industry, the Samsung W2018 also has one of the most excellent back cameras. The highlight of the device is its back camera of 12 MP with huge pixel size of 1.4 um and aperture of f/1.5.
It is also worth mentioning that the handset breaks record of LG V30 for aperture of f/1.6. Having a large pixel size and low aperture also makes cameras of W2018 one of the brightest picture capturing handset cameras in an environment with low light. At the front, you receive a camera of 5 MP with aperture of f/1.9. The handset can even record 4K clips at 30 fps.
As it is a flip handset, the W2018 also has two AMOLED 4.2-inch screens with resolution that is full HD in nature. It is fueled by a Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core 835 processor coupled with 64 GB of inbuilt memory and 4 GB RAM. The handset also backs MicroSD card with almost extending the memory till 256 GB.
Speaking for the battery, the Samsung W2018 is powered by a capacity with a capacity of 2300mAh. The Android Nougat 7.1.1-operated handset has a USB type-C port and backs functionality of dual SIM cards as well. It is also the first flip handset to consist of Bixby support from Samsung.
